Roaa is an Associate in the Arbitration department. Owing to her sharp personality, she is involved in handling domestic and international commercial arbitration mainly pertaining to real estate, commercial, and complex construction disputes. Roaa has demonstrated substantial skills in legal drafting and legal research as well as having a keen eye for detail.  Roaa can effectively apply legal principles to an array of complex problems and holds the ability to manage the case load. Legal documentation is always drafted clearly and structurally consistent in parallels with an organized approach to ensure that matters are progressed. Roaa is constantly to date with the laws and produced articles, research and publications on various Arbitral materials for internal and external uses.

Experience

Post joining MHLF, Roaa has had significant exposure to international commercial arbitrations and is involved in multiple high-stake disputes subject to the UAE Law.

She is well versed in various arbitration rules such as Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), UNCITRAL, ADCCAC and the Refined Sugar Association, London, UK (RSA).
