Nada is an Arbitration Lawyer with 8 years of experience in handling domestic and cross-border arbitration disputes relating to various sectors such as energy, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, hotel management, involving clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Her practice is focused on international dispute resolution and, in particular, on commercial and investment arbitration.
Nada has handled arbitration cases subject to a variety of applicable laws, including Egyptian law, UAE law, Libyan law, Shari’a law, and Swiss law.
She has conducted negotiations and acted as Counsel in post arbitration proceedings, including setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards.
Prior to joining our law firm, Nada worked in one of the top Cairo-based law firms.

She is regularly appointed administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals in institutional and ad hoc arbitration cases.
